How to read the flags. A triangulation flag is a prompt, never a label on a child. "Underachieving" means the standardised potential (CAT4) is ahead of current attainment (PTM) - a child worth a closer look, not a judgement. You confirm what's really going on.

The point of putting these together: no single number tells the story. A high reasoning score with lower attainment says "capable, push"; the two agreeing low says "genuine support, and here's what to target." SEQUENS lays them side by side - the teacher reads the child.
